Airtribi is a planning tool, not a travel agency. We provide tools to help coordinate group itineraries, aggregate flight and hotel options, and track shared expenses. We do not directly process bookings, provide transportation, or operate accommodations.

• Third-Party Providers: Any bookings or reservations made through links on Airtribi are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third-party provider (e.g., airlines, hotels, OTAs).
• No Liability for Travel Issues: Airtribi is not responsible or liable for any delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, damages, or losses incurred during your travel. All travel carries inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for your trips.

3. Expense Tracking & Financial Coordination

Our platform includes tools for tracking group expenses and calculating split costs. However, Airtribi is not a bank, payment processor, or debt collector. We do not facilitate the actual transfer of funds between users, nor do we guarantee the repayment of any debts or shared costs among group members. Any financial disputes must be resolved directly between the users involved.

4. AI-Generated Content & Recommendations

Airtribi utilizes Artificial Intelligence (including our assistant "Zumi") to generate travel ideas, suggest itineraries, and provide information. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. You should independently verify any critical travel information (such as visa requirements, opening hours, or safety alerts) before making decisions.

5. User Accounts & Content

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You retain ownership of the itineraries, messages, and content you post ("Content"). By posting Content, you grant Airtribi a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display that Content to provide the Service to you and your travel group.

You agree not to post any Content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

Airtribi is committed to digital accessibility, and to conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). If you experience any difficulty accessing our platform or require assistance, please contact us. While we strive to make our app universally accessible, we cannot guarantee full compatibility across all assistive technologies at all times.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AIRTRIBI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR PARTNERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
